2023 Summer Workout Schedule
Summer is here…Student-Athletes be sure to take this time to continue to work and grow as an athlete and join Coach Garrish for his summer training program. Below we have listed the general schedule for the summer. Sessions will begin on Monday, June 5th. Any student-athlete who is interested in participating in the summer program MUST complete the Google From listed below. You will receive an email from Ms. Mel once the Google Form is completed if you have any missing or expired forms.

Monday & Wednesday (Weight Room)
Sessions below are open to all Students. Below is the suggested time for each group:
8:00am – 10:00am (Boys Basketball & Football)
10:00am – 11:30am (All Other Student-Athletes)
Tuesday & Thursday Schedule (Turf Field & Weight Room)
8:00am – 9:00am (Turf – All Student-Athletes)
9:00am – 10:00am (Weight Room – All Student-Athletes)
