Summer Strength & Conditioning Schedule
Beginning on Monday, June 10th and running throughout the summer, Coach John Garrish (Strength & Conditioning Coordinator) will be holding workout sessions for all NBPS Student-Athletes. All workouts will take place in the GWC Weight Room as well as on the Turf Field. We encourage all of our athletes to take advantage of these off-season workouts.
